"The Tired, Sleepless Huddled Masses"

I just returned from NY. Got stuck on a plane at LaGuardia runway for more than 4 hours, returned to the gate to refuel only to be told that the flight was canceled. Spent the night sleepless in a freezing lounge without even a blanket (ORD would at least lend you one and a cot). Thank God I'm home. Will be back to normal posting tomorrow. I just need some sleep. Thanks for your patience.

I am very sorry to hear that. ;-(

The same thing happened to me at JFK back in June. 3 hours and 45 minutes on the tarmac starting at 11pm. And all for a 50 minute flight to Rochester!

That sucks. I almost got missed my connection back this weekend from Vegas because of Airport congestion.

As for you seat number, I say 16 C. I am a middle of the road kind of guy.

glad you are home.
no place home when
the weather is beautiful
as it is right now.

(sorry you got stuck (that's always bad) and may I say this is a good reason to travel with a pashmina in your bag-- an all-purpose pillow, blanket, shawl, comfort object, etc.)

27D is my guess...

So glad that you are back on the ground an in your city of origin. Love reading your blog!
