There are way too many different kinds of Moleskine planners out these days.

Sophie Brown

I think they really are still mostly concerned with size and function. The day-at-a-time diaries really are not planners.

Rememember the fuss about bringing back the Volants in the different colors? That doesn't seem to be available AT ALL.

The more choice the better! Right?
Can anyone tell me what the benefits of Moleskine planners are in comparisson to cheaper ones?

Sophie Brown

I would guess the way it's set up. On the one side you have spaces to list your appointments. Then on the righthand side you have a full page for notes. Then it's similar to any other Moleskine. I don't find the international size charts and all of that in the front helpful and I seem to use it for other note paper.

What I think is actually the more interesting different thing in the Moleskine line is the daily planner. Which really isn't a planer at all. It's a goodish DIARY, the same size as the others on the market and just BETTER. A page for every day. Because some of us think and write that way. The red series is nice and it's cool that they still have it.
